The Mystery of The Missing Pearl Necklace**********
The Pearls were a family gift; given to GrandFather Immanuel Culbert,by his Great-Grand Father Grover Culbert, a native of St.Croix located in the West Indies. The cultured pearls were to passed down to other family members over the years. Our legacy, our hope,our remembance of our culture.(Cultured Pearls,Antique Art,Paintings, etc..)
Evenually, the pearls were given to the seventh son,my Mothers brother ,Clarence C. ( althou Mother was the seventh daughter,(tradition favored the males ,first)
Clarence C. decided to break tradition, and give the pearls to his only daughter, MaryLu..Some family members, were very upset, angry, and down right mad..But that was his wish. Here is where the mystery start, the major problem..MaryLu said ,she remembers storing the family pearls in a small brown box ,in the bottom of our Great-Great -Grand Mothers Chest of Drawers,(which also had been in the family since 1901)
But now the small brown jewelry box is empty.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After searching in the chest other drawers, checking under the bed, in the bed, on the window ledges, MaryLu still could not located the "pearls" any place.,and so started to scream,and crying,saying,"where are my,I mean, where are the family pearls? Who took them and why and when ?" The mystery unfolds--We need Kojak Hayes street Bunny Detective Agency..fast..to solved the case....to continue............
